Oklahoma Hospital Volunteers present awards

The Hospital Volunteers of Oklahoma recently recognized 15 volunteers from across the state as 2017 Volunteers with Spirit. The awards were presented during the Hospital Volunteer Day meeting at the OHA Annual Convention on Nov. 1

The award was given to hospital volunteers who exemplify the spirit of service and have a passion for the work they do for their organizations. Volunteers with Spirit winners bring something special to their local hospital auxiliaries by standing out from the rest in what they do, how they do it or why they do it. Each volunteer auxiliary at Oklahoma hospitals was given the opportunity to choose one person for the award.

OHA Advocacy Day - Tuesday, April 5, Oklahoma History Center. Join us for our annual legislative day. We will begin with a member briefing at 3 p.m., followed by a legislative reception at 5 p.m. Watch for registration materials soon.

OHA-PAC Golf Tournament - Tuesday, June 21, Jimmie Austin Golf Club at OU, Norman. Time and details TBA.

OHA Health Care Leaders Forum - Tuesday, July 19 - Thursday, July 21, Shangri-La Resort, Grand Lake. Watch for registration soon!
